I was spending 4 nights from 16 - 20 March 2024 at the hotel as my purpose foe medical at nearby hospital. I am traveling with my wife to conduct a medical visit. The staff and manager were so friendly. The check in process were fast although the hotel was extremely busy at that time. The room division manager ie Ms. Linda is also very friendly and helpful during our stay. Mostly, we had dinner or lunch at the hotel, the restaurant staff were also friendly, we had a very fun chat with Mr. Vimar during our visit to the restaurant or rooftop bar.

Overall stay experience is great. But I cant accept about the deposit issues. I did not bring sufficient cash and left my card at house, I request that later my friend arrive will pay the deposit, and let me check in first. But the reception staff wasn’t allow, just let me wait at lobby until my friend arrive. This is the only thing that I’m not satisfied with and I will not consider to stay here again because the deposit RM100 is very small matter and I’m not dunwan to pay, yet the reception staff unable to tolerances.
