Love this mattressSarahI’ve had this mattress (in a size king) since 2017 and I still love it. I never want to get out of bed. It’s definitely on the firmer side but that is what I like. If you like a mattress where you sink in, then this is not the mattress for you.

Molded!!!!!MarynaDon’t buy this mattress! We bought it in September 2023 to our new and clean apartment And just in 5 months I found that it totally molded on the bottom!!! I can provide all photos who is interested. And more over it became uncomfortable after 3 months
Don't Buy this mattress!EileenI bought this mattress November of 2023. I previously had sultan king and ikea said this was comparable. It isn't! it quickly became uncomfortable. It sinks in my lower back area and becomes extremely uncomfortable and when I roll over to a new spot, it feels so much better but the spot I was in previously stays sunken and doesn’t pop back up till hours later so you kinda feel like you fall back into a hole when you roll over that area. I’m in constant pain now and no matter how much I flip the mattress it sinks where you lay pretty bad. Plus it didn't feel anything like the one in the showroom!

Very strong potent smellElizabethTook the mattress out of the plastic packaging that it came in and it had a crazy strong glue smell. Very overwhelming smell. It was so strong that it not only filled up the room I had it in, it also was permeating through my apartment. Scares me to think about what this mattress might be made of that it has such a strong odor to it.

Too firm —& inflexible return policyXuExtremely frustrating that IKEA does not advertise its “exchange only—& *exchange only once*” policy on mattresses very well in the store. (It’s written in fine print on physical signs that say you have 365 days to change your mind.) I would not recommend purchasing a mattress from IKEA unless you’re flexible about a mattress’s fit for you—this one turned out to be firmer than I expected, though the one on display and which I tried in the store seemed to have a bit more give. I really regret spending the money I saved to purchase a mattress I cannot sleep through the night on and alongside that, to be met with an unsympathetic returns manager at my local IKEA. (Many other mattress companies allow for you to return within a year’s time, without any questions asked.) Given that there’s only one exchange possible, we’re also too nervous to try a different mattress. We will not be returning in the future.

ok ..Rezwanul K.the mattress is okay but it was not suitable for my low bed, that's why I returned it. First they behaved like I am from mars and I am supposed to keep that mattress. there is no fault on mattress and they did not believed me and gave me a credit card! I spent on shipping also, when I told that they was like rude AF!
Not worth it.AshleyIt has only been 9 months and now it sags. Of course where it is sagging it is soft, I bought this mattress for its firmness as I have spinal damage and chronic pain from it. This is the second mattress I've purchased from ikea and I will not buy another.
