I got theses as my second pair of climbing shoes was looking for something more aggressive for gripping and swapping on small holds, great smearing and toe hangs. after a year and half of weekly use I've got though the toe so they've lasted me well, highly recommend.
Velcro closure is short

I have wide, high volume feet. The velcro closure is almost 1.2 cm short. My feet are 22.6 cm and Skwama's size is 35.5 but it's too small for me to push the volume with my foot and luckily I sold it to someone else. And then I bought the Vegan for size 36.5 that I still use for training

I have read countless bad reviews from this website and I was really skeptical in placing an order. But just like many, some products that you really want are only available in Trekkinn and their prices are mostly unbeatable. From my honest observation, it seems like there are 2 big issues: 1. Returns 2. Quality of Local Courier Aside from the above two, I believe that you will be satisfied with your purchase from these guys. Altho I can't speak for other products as mine came from Netherlands, there are not scammers as per mentioned by a few. Probably due to the complications of how items travel across the world (especially for returns), there will be hiccups that their end has not handled well. If you are okay to wait for a bit (also depends on the quality of your country's national courier), your item will arrive safely to your door step. But please take note to expect some buffer period on the "get by" date that they state on their website. All of which will honestly depend on courier service and logistics situation. From my observation, these guys will only hand over the goods to courier companies and no longer have after sales service besides automated responses through online parcel tracking. In conclusion, for the price that you pay you'd expect some risk involved and a longer waiting period. As I am from Malaysia, our culture of return & exchanging goods isn't as prominent of that in the Europe/ US. Hence, be cautious if you are not sure about your sizes. Only make a purchase if you've done your research and expect a no exchange policy. *Note: I do not speak on behalf of those facing issues with "no stock", I trust that these guys will need to improve on that as well about their website stock count I hope this comment will genuinely help those who are not too confident but is willing to take the precautionary steps to shop smartly. I got my item in brand new 10/10 condition, as per ordered size and slightly later than the given "get by date" window. Only downside is the lack of safe packaging of the parcel (which again, for the price you pay they are not 100% responsible). Good luck to everyone making purchases here.

Second leg SKWAMA. It is 40 size with actual measurement 25.3cm. The color is good, but I think it may be more durable with the addition of a coating around the Toraba. I want to check it out.

Shoes are great for both bouldering and sport climbing. Not the most comfortable, but also not terrible. However, if I wanted comfortable shoes, I would be home with slippers :-)

Excellent shoe for broad feet climbers. Note that this version has a slightly wider toe patch from the yellow version which adds to the tension over the top of the foot. Might consider sizing half a size up.

this is my third pair of skwamas. so psyched that there's a new colorway. the shoe has excellent balance - rubber ain't too hard, ain't too soft. toe rand runs high so it's very versatile for toe hooking. the heel fits snug so you can feel what you're heeling. the elastic upper runs quite low so it's suitable for broad feet. best la sport shoe out there
